The agreement between you and Postlane when you use our Services.

By creating an account or using the Services, you agree to these Terms. If you're using Postlane on behalf of an organization, you agree on its behalf and confirm you have authority to do so.

Organizations may invite teammates and assign roles. The account owner is responsible for managing access and for the actions of members within the workspace.

You agree not to misuse the Services. Among other things, you may not:

4 Tu contenido
You retain ownership of the content you create, upload, or schedule through Postlane ("Your Content"). We don't claim ownership of it.
5 Plataformas de terceros
Postlane connects to third-party social networks and tools. Your use of those platforms is governed by their own terms and policies.
6 Planes y facturación
Some features are free; others require a paid subscription. Plan details are shown at checkout.
Paid plans renew automatically each cycle until cancelled.
You can cancel anytime; access continues until the end of the current billing period.
We'll give reasonable notice before any price change takes effect.
Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable. Taxes may apply depending on your location.
7 Propiedad intelectual
The Services — including our software, design, logos, and content we create — are owned by Postlane and protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Services in accordance with these Terms. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from the Services except as expressly permitted.
8 Cancelación
You may stop using the Services and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms, if required by law, or to protect the Services and other users. Upon termination, your right to use the Services ends; certain provisions (such as ownership, disclaimers, and limitation of liability) survive.
9 Exenciones de responsabilidad
The Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that content will always publish successfully, as this may depend on third-party platforms.
10 Limitación de responsabilidad
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Postlane and its affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, or goodwill arising from your use of the Services. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim.
11 Cambios en estos términos
We may update these Terms from time to time. When changes are material, we'll notify you by email or through the Services and update the "Last updated" date above. Your continued use of the Services after the changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
